The Union of Krylia, commonly known as Krylia, is a country located directly north of spawn, in the western Wetlands. It is the most populous country in the history of the entire server. Even beating Ojczyzna

History

Founding

Krylia was established on 6th June 2024 by RR2342 north of spawn by about 3 km in the west Wetlands. It started with a population of 4. Initially, its territory included Greater Krylian plains, a small part of Mag an Ghealach, and the northern part of Brzozowylas.

Early Expansion

The early period of Krylian history (6th June 2024 – 5th July 2024) saw significant territorial expansion. The controversial claim of Chereshnia on 11th June caused tension but subsided with the inclusion of Ciemnydębowylas on 22nd June. Additional acquisitions included Old Loopia, North Loopia, Mag an Ghealach, and parts of Greater Krylia on 3rd July. By then, Krylia's population had risen to 8.

Anti-War Period

On 5th July 2024, Krylia declared war on Liver_K and IEATDIRT over the killing of frogs, and the throwing of a tadpole into the void. However, a citizen poll showed 67% opposition, and the war was canceled the same day. This sparked internal instability, prompting RR2342 to step down as leader, succeeded by DopleTople.

Tensions between Krylia and Gooberland, a newly created country, grew. 3-4 people left Krylia, with one (SunnyMoth) defecting to Gooberland. What caused the tensions isn't known, But the actions of some Krylian government members worsened the situation, including stepping on their land, making claims on their land, and other things (including JazzStarMC being insulted, though this may have been accidental). It also didn't help Krylia that Loopia gained independence on 11th July, 2024 [Please Clarify]. The ownership over Mag an Ghealach wasn't clear in that time which caused it to be ignored. In the 9th July, 2024. Soyuz was claimed as Krylian territory. Also during this time, a coup was attempted against Krylia's leader at the time because there were disagreements over the ownership of Mag an Ghealach. Because of the tensions, the controversy surrounding Chereshnia was brought back up as a point against Krylian expansionism.

On 15 July, 2024. The first pseudo-election was started with an assessment asking whether or not the Krylian people were satisfied with the leadership of Krylia, The assessment ended with 42% voting yes, and 58% voting no. The election was started with 4 candidates winning with the following percentages, Raenyn at 0%, IEATDIRT at 17%, Goin2B at 17%, And 1701_ at 67%.

Krylian population rose to 14-19 players

First Peacetime Period

By 1st August 2024, Krylia stabilized, and tensions with Gooberland eased mainly as a result of inactivity of the Gooberlandian Leadership. Key developments included the creation of Wybrzeze (5th August), the annexation of Old Loopia and Abetolandia (15th September), and the incorporation of Fangtooth Island into Soyuz (25th October). The population now stands at 24.

Brzozowylas War Period

Starting in March 2025, Old Loopia wanted to rejoin Loopia, but DopleTople did not respect a vote for independence, causing major conflicts and nearly another coup. DopleTople resented the conflict, and decided to resign and claim the independence of Brzozowy and Ciemnydębowylas under the new Brzozowylas, reforming the nation of Brzozowylas. git4rker and IEATDIRT joined Brzozowylas to help solidify it's independence. A conflict started as looper64 and ARPL refused this independence, and declared war, for a period of 5 days until March 12's signing of the Treaty of Krylia, Brzozowylas and Krylia were at war, the first day of the war was very violent, with 6 confirmed deaths from Krylia, and none from Brzozowylas. After most of the fighting was over, Krylia was left without a president, as DopleTople had resigned, so an emergency election took place. ARPL's campaign was limited, gaining only 3 votes, whereas, Jacob1's campaign managed to get a record breaking 12 votes, winning with a landslide 80%. After the TOK, tensions are still high, with non-government incursions to Brzozowy military bases being regularly made.

Second Peacetime Period

During this period following the Brzozo-Krylian war, a large amount of collateral damage was cleaned up, including a short lived declaration of Churchland's independence. 3 new states were added a few days after jacob614's election, Mag an Glealach, Morskoy, and Kartofel, causing confusion in the population for the needs of these states. Krylia Fried Adobo was established during this time, with the largest establishment being built in Kartofel. ARPL constructs a wall around Churchland on all sides, and urges IEATDIRT52 to enter a duel, which he abstains from. Churchland's expansion and lessening of Krylian dependence during this time is considerable, and further ties to Brzozowylas are made.

Cold War

A Cold War started between Krylia and Brzozowylas, which started with the partial destruction of the border wall in Krylian Chereshnia. DopleTople pushed the border wall further east after this, which resulted in Krylians (specifically 1701_ and RR2342) planting roughly 30 cherry trees along the border to block any sight of Brzozowylas from the Potato Church. Tensions rose between the two nations more and more, with war being unavoidable at the time. Both armies prepared greatly for this, with IEATDIRT52 acting as a spy for both countries.

Southern Chereshnia Destructon

Griefed Chereshnia

"ALL POWER TO THE UNION OF KRYLIA"

As tensions between Brzozowylas and the Union of Krylia rose, DopleTople noticed that the entire southern half of Chereshnia had been destroyed. RR2342 soon saw DopleTople's message in the Minecraft chat about the destruction and logged on immediately. jacob614 was soon alerted and logged on after getting back from Kroger. The griefing was thought to be caused by git4rker or Krylia themselves, but it was soon discovered that IEATDIRT52 had griefed the area to start more conflicts between both Brzozowylas and Krylia. IEATDIRT52 was given a four day ban and the tensions/upcoming war was halted by jacob614.

Third Peacetime Period

The Third Peacetime Period occured directly after jacob614's relations reset between Brzozowylas and Krylia. While there were still slight tensions between the two countries, they were much less diluted as everybody had lost motivation for jacob614's "scheduled war" idea. Krylia decided to instead focus on the growth of themselves, and during this period a national park called Potato Caverns was discovered by jacob614.

Around a month later, Krylia's June 8th Celebrations to celebrate the 1 year anniversary of Krylia occured, and jacob614 announced his resignation the same day. This marked the beginning of the election period, where a total of 7 Krylians all applied to become the next president of Krylia. The vote ended with 1701 recieving 7 votes (64%), IEATDIRT52 recieving 3 votes (27%), and ARPL recieving 1 invalid vote. The rest of the canidates (Cookieperson123, loops_46, Raenyn, and RR2342) all recieved 0 votes. 1701_ won the election and chose IEATDIRT52 as his vice president. 1701_'s inaguration took place 10 minutes after the vote finished, on June 13th 2025.

Geography

Krylia is primarly forest. In the west is Soyuz, a flat farming region. South of Soyuz is Wybrzeze, a lakeside region with very little population density. At the far east is Chereshnia, Krylian claim over the cherry blossom mountains has been controversial as there are no residents in the region. At the center of Krylia is Greater Krylia, Which is the capitol region of Krylia. In the far east, the new states of Kartofel, Morskoy, and Mag an Ghealach have been established, though their statehood is disputed.

States

As of June 20th, 2025, Krylia has 11 states, and 4 former states.

Greater Krylia

Greater Krylia was the first state and is the capital of Krylia. It is where most citizens live and is known for its vast artificially planted cherry tree forest in the capital city.

Mag an Ghealach

Mag an Ghealach was first settled into by former citizen xXxDepressionxXx, and was disbanded on July 23rd, 2024 by former leader DopleTople. It was re-added by former vice president 1701_ on March 12th, 2025.

Chereshnia

Chereshnia is primarily a natural cherry forest, located on top of a very tall hill reaching to around y=100. Chereshnia was admitted into Krylia on July 10th, 2024. It was also disbanded from Krylia at the same time as Mag an Ghealach, on July 23rd by former leader DopleTople. It was added back to Krylia on July 25th, 2024, by the leader at the time 1701_. Chereshnia is one of the most beloved states to long time Krylians due to its large cherry forest, and it was and still is victim to Brzozowylas agression.

Soyuz

Soyuz is a plains island in a river, primarily used for farming. It was admitted into Krylia on July 9th, 2024 by RR2342. Soyuz is directly west from the capital state, Greater Krylia.

Creativity

Creativity (aka Creativity Island) is the smallest Krylian state, and was admitted at the same time as Soyuz. It is a completely flat island that had dirt structures built on it. However, it has since been cleared off and unused. Debates over if Creativity should be apart of Soyuz still occur.

Wybrzeze

Wybrzeze is a small beach state, with a very low population density. Wybrzeze was admitted to Krylia on August 5th, 2024 by leader at the time, 1701_.

Medusa Keys

The Medusa Keys (fka Krayniy) are a chain of islands originally settled into by Krylian citizen Myssyhead on November 9th, 2024. It was later rediscovered by UltimoTeacher90 on December 7th, 2024 as Krayniy. Disputes over if it should stay in Krylia occured, but Myssyhead gave approval for Krayniy to become Krylian territory, under the condition it was renamed to Medusa Keys.

Churchland

Churchland (aka Tserkovnaya, Churchville) is a walled state located under the independent nation loopia, and is in a cold biome. Churchland was officially declared a state after the poorly handled loopia referendum. The founder, ARPL, planned for his new territory to be built with a pale oak palatte. Churchland briefly declared independence sometime during March 2025, but quickly returned to Krylia after. Churchland is also the only state that operates under the Theocratic Party of Krylia, believing in Abobaism.

Morskoy

Morskoy was added to Krylia on March 12th, 2025. Morskoy is mainly plains, and is home to the city of Wiedza, one of the most developed cities in the rural regions of Krylia. Wiedza is home to many important buildings, such as the Krylian Institute of Technology (KT), the headquarters of the Socialist Party of Krylia, and a church. It is also where the June 8th celebrations were held, celebrating Krylia's 1 year anniversary.

Kartofel

Kartofel was added to Krylia on March 12th, 2025. Kartofel is known for its large potato farm, the Kartofel Library, and 1701_ Island. Kartofel also has an ADOBO restaurant at one of the westernmost points of Krylia. Kartofel is also known as the potato capital of Krylia, with its large potato farm, and its grand Potatoism church on 1701_ Island.

Former States

There are 4 states that are no longer apart of the Union of Krylia, and they all have turned into independent nations after their secession.

Brzozowylas

Krylia was originally preceded by Brzozowylas on the day of its founding, June 8th 2024. Brzozowylas left Krylia during DopleTople's resignation as Krylian premier and his desire to split from Krylia.

Ciemnydebowylas

Ciemnydebowylas was settled into as a colony by DopleTople, and claimed as official Krylian territory on June 22nd, 2024 by 1701_.

Old Loopia

Old Loopia was the original first territory of loopia, which was bought by Krylia on September 15th, 2024 by RR2342. Old Loopia became an independent country on March 12th, 2025.

North Loopia

North Loopia was originally New loopia, until it was sold the same day Old Loopia was sold to Krylia. North Loopia also became independent the same day as Old Loopia, on March 12th, 2025.

Government

Krylia operates as a pseudo-democracy. Citizens vote monthly (on the 15th) on their satisfaction with the leader. Dissatisfaction triggers new elections.

Political Parties

Krylia has 2 political parties, the SPK and the TPK. Under 1701_'s current presidency, the SPK is in power. After the Treaty Of Krylia went into place, the TPK's leader, ARPL, has been forbidden from participating in government roles, causing the TPK to stagnate.

The SPK is a socialist (formerly communist) has 4 members with RR2342 being its leader and was the ruling party for 3 terms. The SPK follows a left-wing ideology which has not been publicly stated.

Rebellion

July Coup

In July 2024, there was a coup against the leader, DopleTople and the government. The reasons for this coup were the lack of access to the "bell lever" in the Greater Krylia city hall, and the ownership of Mag an Ghealach, Creativity Island, and Chereshnia. The coup involved several citizens, including RR2342, 1701_, and loopy64, protesting by building with junk blocks on what is today Creativity Island, and threatening to leave the Union. This created a tradition of building abstract art and random buildings on Creativity Island with junk materials. The coup eventually fell, but its actions forced the government to add the 8th amendment to the constitution, turning Krylia's former dictatorship into the democratic government it has today. This addition also caused DopleTople to lose the next election to 1701_.

Socialist Conflict

In December 2024, multiple people joined the Socialist Party of Krylia and left their government roles, to kick 1701_ from office. The leaving of government workers caused the government to be temporarily unstable. This caused 1701_ to step down as leader, and start a new week-long election. Soon, RR2342 was voted in as leader, and the Socialist Party of Krylia became the dominant party of Krylia. 1701_ also joined the SPK to try and get his leader role back.

Attempted Revolution

In February 2025, many players joined the Provisional Aboba Party of the Union of Krylia, a division of the Socialist Party of Krylia in hopes of overthrowing DopleTople as he was being too harsh on government members from the start of his second term. The Provisional Aboba Party of Krylia planned a revolution on March 14, 2025, but DopleTople had resigned from Premier before then, establishing his own country. The Provisional Aboba Party of Krylia merged back into the Socialist Party of Krylia soon after.

Failed April Coup

In April 2025, the Provisional Aboba Party of the Union of Krylia was formed once again in hopes to overthrow Krylian President jacob614. The pAPK was led by IEATDIRT52, and RR2342. IEATDIRT52 accused jacob614 of rigging the coin flip for the tied satisfaction vote on April 15th. The pAPK threatened to remove states from the union, including Chereshnia, Kartofel, Mag an Ghealach, and Soyuz. 1701_ was very against the coup, and acted as a spy for jacob614. 1701_ murdered RR2342 three times. After this, jacob614 and IEATDIRT52 managed to come to an agreement by adding new impeachment laws and the coup was concluded.

 We, the People of our great Union of Krylia, to create a more perfect Union, establish Justice, and insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the Union of Krylia.

 1. Krylia shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

 2. Krylia shall make no law permitting murder or manslaughter; any act of unlawfully killing another player, whether intentional (murder) or unintentional (manslaughter), is strictly prohibited and punishable by the full extent of the law.
     2a. Killing another player is allowed for self defense.
     2b. Killing another player is allowed if both parties agree.

 3. Krylia shall deem excessive claiming unlawful unless explicit permission is granted; any act of claiming resources, property, or rights beyond what is deemed reasonable or legally entitled without proper authorization is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
     3a. Claiming of empty land is allowed for up to 3 days.

 4. Krylia shall render obstructive buildings illegal unless explicit permission is granted; the construction or maintenance of any structure that significantly impedes public access, safety, or community welfare is strictly forbidden unless specific authorization is obtained from the relevant authorities.

 5. Krylia shall make no law permitting theft; all forms of stealing, including burglary, larceny, and embezzlement, are strictly deemed illegal and punishable under the law.

 6. Krylia shall prohibit misleading advertisements; any form of false, deceptive, or fraudulent advertising designed to mislead consumers is strictly forbidden and subject to penalties.

 7. Terrorism of any kind(such as spawning withers or setting fire to forests) is prohibited in Krylia.
     7a. Any action determined to be terrorism by judges shall be a violation of the law as well.

 8. On the 15th day of each real-world month, the government shall conduct a vote to assess citizens' satisfaction with their leadership. If the majority of citizens express dissatisfaction, a re-election for the president will be held.
     8a. After a new president takes office, a satisfaction poll will be held one week after. If the monthly poll coincides within a week of this poll, the monthly poll will be canceled.
     8b. If citizens vote against the president, the president will be forced to step down.
     8c. All satisfaction surveys should be open for a period of 3 days.
     8d. In the event of a tie, a tiebreaker event must be held within 1 day.

 9. In the event that the current president steps down or is impeached, a presidential election will be held.
     9a. All citizens will be pinged to gauge interest in running for president. This poll should be open for 1 day.
     9b. Following this, a vote will be held for a period of 3 days, with all eligible citizens who expressed interest as options in the poll.
     9c. In the event of a tie, a tiebreaker event must be held within 1 day, with all leading candidates as options.

 10. Every even-numbered month, on or around the last day of the month, the president shall give a State of the Union speech to the entire congress, open to the public

 12. If a law is to be created, members of the government are to vote whether or not for the law to be enacted. If more people vote the law to be enacted than not, then the law is made official.

 13. The Krylian people and government have the rights to overthrow the leader, government members, or governors if they commit multiple violations of the constitution, become corrupt and use power solely for personal gain, or misuse their power in a manner similar to a dictator.
     13a. Each individual voting for impeachment must create a dated and signed book, signifying their intent to begin impeachment proceedings.
     13b. If the impeachment threshold is reached, impeachment proceedings will begin. The threshold is equivalent to half of citizens voting in the previous presidential election or referrendum.
     13c. If impeached, a vote must be held within 5 days. Prior to the vote, both sides will present their arguments for or against impeachment.
     13d. If 66% of EITHER participating government members or participating citizens vote for impeachment, that member will be removed from power and will be banned from re-entering government for a period of at least 30 days.
     13e. A government member can only be impeached once per election cycle. The impeachment clock, and votes for impeachment, expire on the 15th of each month.

 14. Placement of creaking hearts or creaking hearts created by sapling growth is illegal.
     14a. If government permission is granted, it is legal.

 15. Only Krylian citizens can become government members or state governors, and non-Krylian citizens are forbidden to run a government position.

 16. If a candidate for a Krylian government position attempts to bribe citizens for votes, they will be banned from running for president or any other government position. If the offender is a part of the government already, they will lose their government position.

 17. Citizens who have not logged onto the server in over 30 days will not be eligible to vote.

 18. Krylian government members have the right to decide where a national park is to be established, the boundaries defining the national park, the rules and restrictions established in them, and the names of the national park.
   18a. If a player is to break the laws of the national park, they are to be prosecuted and are required to undo the damages.
   18b. Governors of states have a say in the sizes and/or location of the national park.

 If laws are broken, citizens of Krylia are obligated to withhold goods and services from the criminal. The felon may get sentenced to community service, or their citizenship may be revoked.

Economy

Krylia's primary export is wheat, bread, and cherry saplings.

ADOBO

Main article: ADOBO.

ADOBO (formerly known as Krylian Fried Adobo/KFA) is a Krylian restaurant chain created shortly after President jacob614 took office in March 2025. The first Krylian Fried Adobo location was established in Brzozowy, Brzozowylas by RR2342. Around a week after, it was renamed to ADOBO. RR2342 later established a new ADOBO restaurant in the Krylian state Soyuz. This was the only ADOBO location within Krylia, until 1701_ constructed a new ADOBO in Kartofel. The ADOBO in Kartofel is known to be very luxurious, even being considered similar to a 5-star restaurant to many. Another ADOBO was established in Greater Krylia by RR2342 a couple of weeks after.

KSDS (Krylia State Department Store)

KSDS is the first store in Krylia where 100% of its profits go straight to fund the Krylian government. The first KSDS store was build by RR2342 in Mag an Ghealach on April 26th, 2025. KSDS is known for mainly selling wood, flags, and weaponry for cheap prices.

Governors of Krylia are managers of individual states and have the ability to manage the national parks of the state, and what is built in each state. The governor title does not grant a Krylian government position, but rather a title for a state manager.
