Morskoy

Morskoy is a plains state south of Greater Krylia and north of Wybrzeze. Most of Morskoy is empty besides the singular city in its southernmost region, which is home to a church, the headquarters of the Socialist Party of Krylia, and a school (Krylia Tech) which as of writing is still under construction.
