The Union of Krylia, commonly known as Krylia, is a country located directly north spawn.
History
Krylia was established on 6th June 2024 by RR2342 north of spawn by about 3km. Krylia a starting population of 4.
The land it had at the start was the Greater Krylian plain, a small part of Mag an Ghealach, and the northern part of Brzozowylas.
Early
The early period of Krylian history lasted from 6th June, 2024 to 5th July, 2024.
Krylia was an expansionist country, so they tried to acquire nearby land. The first land that was attempted to be taken was Chereshnia in 11th June, 2024, however this caused controversy that would worsen as Krylia had no-one there. The first part of the controversy started because although Ciemnydębowylas had at least a building and some resources being gathered, it was not considered Krylian by Krylia. This subsided when Krylia claimed Ciemnydębowylas as krylian territory on 22nd June, 2024.
Old Loopia, Abetolandia, Mag an Ghealach and the eastern part of Greater Krylia were acquired on 3rd July, 2024. The population rose to 8 during this time.
Anti-war Period
The Anti-War Period would start on the 5th July, 2024 when Krylia would go on to declare war on Liver_K and IEATDIRT for killing some frogs. Later that day, Krylia polled its citizens whether or not they wanted to join the army, the results of the poll were 67% no, 33% yes. And in this day, war was cancelled because no-one was in support of it. The effect of the declaration of war lasted for a long time causing instability in Krylia. The next day, RR2342 would step down as Leader and give the role to DopleTople.
Tensions between Krylia Gooberland, a newly created country, grew. 3-4 people left Krylia, with one defecting to Gooberland. What caused the tensions isn't known, But the actions of some Krylian government members worsened the situation, including stepping on their land, making claims on their land, and other things (including JazzStarMC being insulted, though this may have been accidental). It also didn't help Krylia that Loopia gained independence on 11th July, 2024. The ownership over Mag an Ghealach wasn't clear in that time which caused it to be ignored. In the 9th July, 2024. Soyuz was claimed as Krylian territory. Also during this time, a coup was attempted against Krylia's leader at the time because there were disagreements over the ownership of Mag an Ghealach. Because of the tensions, the controversy surrounding Chereshnia was brought back up as a point against Krylian expansionism.
On 15 July, 2024. The first pseudo-election was started with an assessment asking whether or not the Krylian people were satisfied with the leadership of Krylia, The assessment ended with 42% voting yes, and 58% voting no. The election was started with 4 candidates winning the following, Reanyn at 0%, IEATDIRT at 17%, Goin2B at 17%, And 1701_ at 67%.

Modern
The exact time at which Krylia enters the Modern period isn't known, but would be anywhere from 15th July to 1st August. Tensions with Gooberland have subsided. and Krylia was stable. the controversy surrounding Cheresnia has subsided, but can be easily sparked as it has one time. And Mag an Ghealach became neutral territory.
On the 5th August, 2024, Wybrzeze was created as a new territory of Krylia. And on the 15th September, 2024, Old Loopia and Abetolandia was bought by RR2342 with two "mwas" and annexed into Krylia.
Geography
Krylia is primarly forest. In the south-east is Ciemnydębowylas and Brzozowylas, Both are forest regions, dark oak and birch respectively. In the west is Soyuz, a flat farming region. South of Soyuz is Wybrzeze, a lakeside region with very little population density. At the far east is Chereshnia, Krylian claim over the cherry blossom mountains has been controversial as there are no residents in the region. At the center of Krylia is Greater Krylia, Which is the capitol region of Krylia. A newly added state to the country is Old Loopia and New Loopia.
Government
Krylia is a pseudo-democracy where every 15th day of a month, citizens vote whether they are satisfied with the current leader, if they vote no, then elections will be held. The constitution is as follows:

Constitution of the Union of Krylia
We, the People of The Union of Krylia, to create a more perfect Union, establish Justice, and insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the Union of Krylia.
1: Krylia shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
2: Krylia shall make no law permitting murder or manslaughter; any act of unlawfully killing another player, whether intentional (murder) or unintentional (manslaughter), is strictly prohibited and punishable by the full extent of the law unless all parties agree.
2a. Killing another player is allowed for self defense.
3: Krylia shall deem excessive claiming unlawful unless explicit permission is granted; any act of claiming resources, property, or rights beyond what is deemed reasonable or legally entitled without proper authorization is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
3a. Claiming of empty land is allowed for up to 3 days.
4: Krylia shall render obstructive buildings illegal unless explicit permission is granted; the construction or maintenance of any structure that significantly impedes public access, safety, or community welfare is strictly forbidden unless specific authorization is obtained from the relevant authorities.
5: Krylia shall make no law permitting theft; all forms of stealing, including burglary, larceny, and embezzlement, are strictly deemed illegal and punishable under the law.
6: Krylia shall prohibit misleading advertisements; any form of false, deceptive, or fraudulent advertising designed to mislead consumers is strictly forbidden and subject to penalties.
7: It is prohibited to set fire to forests. Or use TNT bombers without explicit government permission. Violation of this law is punishable by exclusion of services or exclusion from Krylian territory depending on the severity of the crime.
8: On the 15th day of each real-world month, the government shall conduct a vote to assess citizens' satisfaction with their leadership. If the majority of citizens express dissatisfaction, a re-election for the leader will be held.
9: It is prohibited to bring or summon withers inside Krylian territory. Violation can result in revoking citizenship, or forced community service to repair the damages caused by the wither(s).
If laws are broken, citizens of Krylia are obligated to withhold goods and services from the criminal. Citizenship may also be revoked.
Economy
Krylia's primary export is wheat and bread.
